A brand-new adaptation of Play at the Castle, Ferenc Molnar’s classic Hungarian farce, THEATRE PEOPLE, OR THE ANGEL NEXT DOOR is set in 1948, in a tony Newport mansion populated by playwrights, actors, a starstruck young author, and a housekeeper who would like them all to leave.
“One of the best shows in recent memory. An uproarious comedy with a sweet surprise lurking at its heart, it takes off like a shiny new rocket and never comes down.” - Patch

“The Angel Next Door is more than just a comedy; it’s a celebration of theater’s enduring magic.” - Cosmic Circus

“A delightfully zany screwball comedy. A love letter to theatre people.” - Stage Raw
